I’ve been living, eating, and coaching a paleo-inspired lifestyle for almost 5 years. When my clients learn this, the typical question is “why”? My most simple answer is that I feel my best, everyday, when I follow this plan. My meals are simple, quickly prepared, and sustainable. I’m on my feet from 6 am-9 pm most days, and I rarely get tired. I’m alert, active, & emotionally balanced. I don’t live focused on food….I eat when I’m hungry, I sit down & enjoy my food, and I feel strong between my meals. My food is the foundation for my day, but it doesn’t consume me. I don’t count calories or measure my food. I know how to balance my meals with the highest quality food available to me.
