Asian chicken salad
Prepare the dressing:
combine 2 teaspoons honey, 2 teaspoons coconut amigos, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/8 cup olive oil, and 3 tablespoons rice vinegar in a Ball jar.
In a large bowl combine Julienned cabbage, cooked and shredded chicken, green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Toss with dressing. Serve in cabbage cups.
