As a Superslow strength coach & paleo-inspired life coach, people typically assume that I workout a lot. Truth is, I DON’T. I believe in living efficiently. I achieved & sustaine a body that others describe as “strong, vibrant, and lean” through purposeful eating & exercise. I stick very closely to a balanced paleo diet, which keeps me abundant with physical energy & mental focus all day. My weekly workouts include 1 day of yoga, 1-2 interval sprint days, & 1 Superslow session. I only have 1 day of formal strength training per week. My weekly Superslow workout is so intense that it requires 5-7 days for my muscles to fully recover (rest & get stronger) for the next workout. Efficient. Smart. My body is happy!

I became a certified personal trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Super Slow, a specialized strength training program. Here, I discovered specific exercise techniques that were more appropriate for my body type. My nutritional journey began when I attended The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). As a graduate from IIN, I learned how food and healthy lifestyle choices could empower me to life my life more fully.
